#20521 - RE: Counters with the 8051 |
Dana,
My level of assembly leaves much to be desired(!) I have become a bit stuck with some of your code. Could you explain what it actually should do for me? You intialise Timer0,1 and 2, but only use Timer0. Why do you store the value FFh in the R0 register? and then decrement till value in R0 is zero? I understand the initialisation of the timer0 in the next few lines, but I don't know how to check my analogue pin. What function will "UR_ROUTUINE" carry out (assuming I can code it properly!!) What sort of code actually worked for you?. Was it much different to what you have sent on? Thanks for your time. Daire. |
