What makes the 80c520 different from other prom based 8051's is the 5 pulses on the PROG pin. I have seen adapters that "chop" the PROG signal using a 555 timer. However how much is you time worth. Maybe you might want to consider: http://www.iguanalabs.com/2051prog.htm#Devices regards, p |
