I just took a quick glance at the Cygnal site and the 8051F005 chip appears to require additional programming to set up the outputs. Because of this feature I'm wondering why you keep referring to Phillips manuals regarding the specific output configuration. I would think that your primary source for such specific information should be the Cygnal data sheets.
My previous response was based on the output structure of the standard Intel 8051.
