Your 14.3181 Mhz crystal will generate the low baud rates (300,1200,2400) with 0.25% to 0.33% error and all the rest with about a 2.9% error.
If you can get a 14.7456 crystal then all your baud rates would be 0% error except for 33200, which most available crystals seem to get large errors.
