Bad news...

You won't find that algorithm posted anywhere for free. Its a non-trivial problem and it takes a lot of expertise to do it right.

Most people that "think" they know how to do it are actually implementing a very lossy algorithm.

Those companies that do it somewhat correctly, don't share their process because it gives them a competitive advantage over their competition. There are technologies around that make that puzzle a particularly useful thing to know.
