All you can find on the web is "short Product Information " on SLE4406, since it is not a consumer chip, its confidential.

You will have to contact SIEMENS/INFINEON, they will make sure that you don't use it in a negative way.
You will have to sign an "NDA" with them to get the full data.

And If they are satidfied, they will give you.
