Hello to All

I am using an Atmel 89c52 24MHz 10µF 10kohm Reset and 10kohm arrey for P0 that's all.

The Program is

ORG 0000H
MOV P0,#0FFH
LOOP: MOV DPTR,#0C007H
MOVX A,@DPTR
MOV P0,#0FFH
SJMP LOOP
END


Now the Problem is that the signal on the P0 pins that were pulled low during MOVX instruction do not jump up but slide up to 5V 3µsecond like there was a capacity inside.
LOOP is 4µsecond.

I hope anyone can help me
