reti shall allow other interrupts of same/lower priority to be responded by uc h/w.if ret is used instead of reti the uc
h/w shall not respond to same interrupt or
interrupts with same/lower priority "thinking" that interrupt serice routine is still on.

why do newcomers hate manuals?
