A Triscend E5 can run at 40MHz, 3V3, and you don't need [1] an ICE, as it has a JTAG port and on-chip debug hardware!
[1] Well, OK, OCDS doesn't give you quite the full functionality of an ICE, so you may very occasionally need one - but I haven't yet! |
