I don't know Spanish, but at a rough guess it looks like you're being asked to design a system with 16K Code space and 8K data space, monitoring 6 inputs & driving 8 outputs, and to present a justification of your design.

This sounds like a homework assignment, so presumably you school expects the result to be your own work?
