First press the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard....
Then answer the following questions: 1. Is the 89C52 to be "master" or "slave"? 2. Do you need to transmit/receive 8 bits AND 16 bits AND 32 bits data? 3. If so, how will your device "know" which type it is? 4. What are the timing requirements? Note that you need two pins for synchronous communication; one for the clock and one for the data.
