In lines 30-50 all you are doing is passing each character of the string through variable X. After the For..Next loop has finished the character "d" is left in X and is displayed. You need to incorporate the display function in your loop.

By the way, what is a Domino 2? This Forum does not do much BASIC, instead the emphasis is on 8052 Assembler and C.
