You want to write code that saves you erase-time ?
How fast can you write code to implement this option, cause in needs to be written in a few seconds to save the total project overhead.

If you like to save some erase time use multi-processor of board (erase will you write another)

Or do you need this fast 'overwrite' in runtime ?
