Hi Stephane,
can you explain, which projects want you to build with it and why you think, that big memory was needed ? Have you already understand the data overlaying concept of the Keil compiler, which save enormous amount of memory, if you hold variables local, whenever it was possible ? Also, that the small model was the most effective and nevertheless without any restrictions on accessing large memory only if it was if needed. Most of my C-projects work with the 128 byte of RAM. Also bigger projects with CAN and Ethernet runs on the T89C51CC01 (1kB XDATA internal) Peter |
