I am currently using the atmel 89C1051 for an application.
I does everything I need and no more, so it's ideal.
The features I need are - low pin count, single analogue comparator, small size and its cheap.
However, the industrial spec version is only good up to 85 degrees celcius.
Does anyone know of a similar micro which has a high temperature range? I'm looking for about -20 to at least 100 celcius.
