I've used an H-Bridge to provide bidirectional current flow (heat and cool) using a TEC. It was mechanized using an analog temperature control loop. PWM rate was 100 Hz. Supply voltage was 24 VDC. Current feedback was used to prevent overdriving the TEC. Most TEC spec sheets tell you to avoid using PWM, but my experience shows it to be an acceptable method. Bruce |
