Hello everybody.

I have worked many times with 8051 projects but now i am facing a shortage of ideas, which is mainly because i have to use not a 8051, but a Motorola PowerPC 555 microcontroller as part of my MSc project.

I am not going to make a question specific to that mcu, but are there any ideas on things i could do with such a powerfull mcu? It is 32bits, has an FPU and lots of hardware goodies and i will be working in C.

I was thinking something like an advanced black box for trucks with many other features as well, but why not have more options ?

Any suggestions or ideas? I only want a subject title, not details or specifications, these are for me to figure out. After all this is what projects are all about! :)
