#22123 - RE: how to connect AMAN |
AoA Mr. Ijaz. My understanding about your project is that one master initiates all transfers. The slaves can only reply when addressed to.
In this way Tx of the master is connected to Rx of all the slaves, and Rx of master is connected to Tx of all the slaves. First question: Can one Tx pin drive a load of so many receivers?? Second question: When Rx is connected to Tx of all the slaves, why doesnot the serial ports of the devices fail? Do (by default) have 1'b1 written to the Tx pins of the slaves, so they are configured as input?? Please elaborate....thanks in advance... Regards Aman |
