Ivan, i assume you have a 5 volt system. Ensure you are using the correct output of the TL (pin 6). As Steve mentioned 'scope the RESET input and ensure the TL is providing a clean Hi going Strobe who's width is at least greater than 24 oscillator periods (with the clock running). regards, p |
