The limitation of the Eval version are clearly stated at http://www.keil.com/demo/limits.htm - which contains the answer to your question!

As I've said before, Caveat Evaluator!

If you really need to evaluate their floating point specifically, you'd need to have a word with Keil and see if you can reach some arrangement.
