Hi Babar,
what I tried to say (but seems not done well) was the same, what you say: "that we should be knowing what's hapenning in every when the code executes. " In my words: "if after succesful trial and error all secrets are solved, only than trial and error can be used. " I tried never to say, your IR code works wrong I used it only as an example, how bad programming can be made: You measure the bit times and calculate after this the well timing to read the IR code. But a dangerous method can be, you initialize a timer with different reload values and try it until it seems good working. And than you can be accidental far but also very close to wrong working. I hope, its now better to understand. Peter |
