I have made the programmer given in the link below,

But it is not functional, I have checked all the hardware and connection but all is ok,so I am very surprised that whats the reason.one of my freind told me that there is some thing wrong with programmer firmware (software in the programmer chip).
and the owner of this site will take some charges for giving you the correct software.
so please if any one can solve my this problem.the link for this site is given below.
