further to my previous question. I have now output to the serial port using SBUF and it compiles and bebugs fine. what I have noticed is that when I introduce a delay into the program using either timer and output to Com 1 in the UART screen the bebugger either seems to stop or go very slowly. what is the problem with having a timer delay in the same orogram as serial output. Any advice on a way around it.
