I personally would prefer a different arrangement of blocks in the philips P89 series. I haven't used it yet, I have used the 664 which has 1K, and the Atmel T89c51rd2, which has 1k and 2k eeprom, and a single block of 64k flash.

C is not a problem with any of them.
