Any compiler for the '51 whether free or not will do. The only possibile inconvenience is that you may have to define the additional SFRs yourself.

Re 'free' there is the Evals (limited) and the SDCC. This forum has consistently said that the evals work, within their limitations. The SDCC is queried in the post just below 'where can ......' an answer may come up
