chances are it will count to 32000 before the start bit has been sent at 1200 baud !
It takes 1 ms to send a bit at 1200 baud.... =1kHz * 32000 = 32Mhz... and how fast is your PC ??? And all that is assuming that windows has given its blessing to start transmission. |
