Andy,
Look carefully at Pascal's syntax and 'C', and they are nearly identical. I have seen Pascal-C conversions done by just the method I proposed. Pascal's BEGIN and END for example are identical to 'C' { and }. The LEXICAL structure is different, not the syntactical.
