Hi Bogachan,
Remember too that some 8051 variants have more ports, watch the package too. The Winbond W77C32 I use has five ports if I get it in a TQFP package. I also saw an ad recently for a new Cynal part that has eight ports (and 100 MIPS!). You didn't say what your pin count requirements are for your sensors and servos. Also, since you can't read three ports at *exactly* the same time, there is always the option of latching the data externally and multiplexing the data in on a single port.
