I am hobbyist in programming microcontroller(8051). I am now posting this to ask you for valuable advise to my friend. He is starting working on data logger project for his thesis, and is supposed to finish within 6(six) weeks; as he told me he had no past experience in programming as well as courses related to microcontrollers. He has just took basic electronics course and he is studying basic(BASCOM) programming as a self study course, so that using Cygnal C8051F005 processor and BASCOM programming he has to make Data logger project within this specified time so, is he possibly able to finish in this time? I said he can not. What is your advise as professional for such a novice person?
