Have you done a search on this subject? "Multiprocessor" brings up 70 messages when I tried it a minute ago... Have you checked the tutorials? There are good descriptions of how to set up the serial port, and how to use interrupts.

If you have a master and a single slave, use the serial code that's been given in a number of messages here in each uC. If you choose an interrupt-driven implementation you can easily run full duplex.
