I need your advice !

I intend to control Humidity and Temperature (BOTH)using FuzzyLogic Layer
in my 8051 .I am intend to use 8 bit ADC for this purpose as handling
12 bit ADC will be difficult also I never used it . Please help me know
since the CONTROL is FUZZYLOGIC in nature will an 8 bit ADC hinder the
Fine tune of control or minor misfunction is acceptible .Please advise.
