Is there anything else to using watch dog timer in 8051 other than this :

1. I set the period PS0,PS1,PS2
2. I enable WDT (WDTEN = 1)
3. I keep resetting it at least once within the period by WDTRST = 1 ;

can i deffrentiate between normal reset and WDT reset in 8051 ?
