 		 #2425 - 89c51 generates E-noise.
I have made an application that control the tuning of the TV.

However, there is a small problem that when the tuning controller using 89c51 is powered up, then color strips apear on the screen.

Is it RF noise or what ??

I am using ceramic resonator of 10.7 MHz.


Holding the mains cord connected with the supply of 8951 makes some difference but not fullly.
