Hi,

I'm looking to interface a 3.7v memory device to the 80c552. The memory device preports to having CMOS/TTL compatible input/output pins, and is apparently content with receiving data at 5v. The device will output around 3.5v during a read.

The 80c552 Vdd is 5v, so according to the 80c552 datasheet, the 3.5v is well above the minimum required 0.2Vdd+0.9 for detection as a '1'. I'd just like to hear from anyone who has tried something similar, and with what success. Just for re-assurance, you understand...
