As Andy mentioned, this has been discussed before.

We decided not to do a "resume service" because there are already so many services that do it better; and while there may be plenty of embedded developers here looking for jobs, how many companies or recruiters are going to know to look for potential recruits at 8052.com? Most of them are going to go directly to Monster.com or one of the dozens of other similar websites.
