0xB6 is a CJNE op, which is very strange to see as the first instruction in your program.

Are you using the demo version of Keil or a full, purchased version? The demo version of Keil is limited to 2k and code is located at 0x8000 instead of 0x0000.

Are you writing in 'C' or assembly language?
