#2499 - Weird input port problem |
Here is my problem. I try to read data from p5.0 on my micro. My compiler gives me an error! But it works fine when I try to read from any other port. I think I could use direct addressing to get around this problem, but that is confusing too. The address of p5 is 80h, so it should use 80h, 81h, 82h, 83h, 84h, 85h, 86h, and 87h, right? That's what I thought, but 84h is used by something else! I am completely confused. I have a monitor program running for basic testing, uploading programs, etc. P5 works fine in there! Unfortunatley, I don't have the code for the monitor program. Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thank you. |
