There is not such thing as keypad driver : you are working with embedded system with your own keypad scanning circuit and without any operating system !! What I am trying to say is that nobody is able to help you if they do not have any idea about your circuit.
However, you can try any of the major 8051 suppliers' databooks. They have some application notes might have similar circuit to your design. Code and circuit are closely related.
