I have a feeling Peter is right:
1-Wire (TM) is Dallas-proprietary; if Dallas don't do one (and you've checked their site, of course...), who would?

Alternatively, Dallas publish a VHDL 1-Wire implementation - you could try putting that into a PLD of some sort?
