Too wide a question to answer here. Your best start would be to get hold of a PC BIOS listing. All the basic control functions will be there. IBM published a full listing in the original 1970’s PC manual, but there are others floating around. They are generally heavily commented so translating from 8088 assembler to 8051 assembler should be relatively easy.
