The P0 port needs pull-up's.
P1,P2,P3 ports are generally quasi bi-directional but it depends on a MCS51 derivate too. It depends on your HW you like to drive as well. In this case is better to specify more exactly what you like, e.g. chip manufacturer, HW you like to drive and so on. Vaclav |
