Hello there

I have a infrared detector from Quest Technologies. Its a passive infrared detector with 1-2- or 3 pulse count SMD Technologies. Okey my question is how to use this detector, i want my 8051 to monitor this detector and if it raises alarm my 8051 should sense it. here are the connections available on this infrared detector.

Relay Tamper
N.C. N.C. Gnd +12v
0 0 0 0 0 0


Also i need 12V power supply 12V-24mA and Max. @ 16V-41mA. Can i use my PC's power supply to operate this unit. I just want to know which one of above connections i need monitor with my 8051.
