#25748 - AT89S8252 |
I'm starting a new project. I always use AT89C51 or AT89C52. But this time I need to save configuration data that must be enter by the user. Although I used serial EEprom ( like 93cXX or 24Cxx) without problem now I planning to use the AT89S8252 that has 2K of on chip EE. The question is:
Does someone has experience using the EEprom of this micro because I found a lot of people saying that they lost the data and also having problems with the SPI. I saw in Atmel Website two Errata about these topics. Are these problems really solve? Thanks Daniel |
