#25802 - Can we use Flash or NVRAM as RAM? |
Hello,
My requirement is to store few variables in every iteration of program in micro-controller. I have gone through the data sheets of T89C51RD2 (uC) and X20C16 (NVRAM). But it is specified that maximum number of write cycle is 10K (uC) or 1000K times (NVRAM). In my application I want to the storage of variables during power OFF. Please suggest some good solutions for this. |
