I've seen some computer PowerOnSelfTest Debug Card _seems_ just using simple chips to make of (please take a look at http://www1.2themax.com/chinese/pcidebug_pm.asp)

I think PCI "protocol" is quite complicated. How can they make the card with those chips only? Or would anyone know what chips are they using (becoz I can't see that clearly on photo)?
