datasheets that the external rom adressing available thru PSEN is only 0000h to 0FFFh which means 32Kb....
Is there a way to implement a 64Kb rom ? you are sadly mistaken, 0-fff = 4k The number you have is probably the internal rom size for some device. !EA high = internal ROM to limit, then external to 64k !EA low 0-64k external Erik |
