#26015 - off topic: help with eprom programmer |
I'm building Andrewm's eprom programmer. For those who don't know it look at:
http://home.quicknet.com.au/andrewm/e...index.html I'm having a hard time since it uses MPSA65 transistors for switching voltages and some "shaping" to the clock signal. Has somebody here built it? Maybe using an alternative transistor to MPSA65? I'm trying BC516 but I'm not having luck... TIA orlando |
