can anyone help me out in the following regard??

siemens have used an electronic card which is getting 110Volts from a transformer of 22KV/110Volts then required shift is obtained and then given to main card of the siemens DC Drive.the firing pulse for the thyristor is based on the synch supply which is the outpout of the electronic card.

1)could any one tell me the dtails of the card?

2)If i need to order whom should i contact?

3)any data manual or datasheet is available for it?

NOTE:from 22KV the voltage is stepdown directly to 110/240 Voltage(mostly 110V).then given to the card from there required phase shift is achieved and given reference for firing circuit of the DC drive.
