You are not alone, the same happens everywhere except few countries. The major companies even don't reply for sample requests or literature.

You will have to purchase it from some well known suppliers like FARNELL, RS, DIGIKEY, MOUSER, ALLIED, ARROW and dozens more. Although you will have to a high price.

They will be more than happy to sell you even a single chip. Please find the part from one of the above suppliers, and look for their local representative in your country.
