its 59USD and can be supplied with 668's and RD2's. I'm not sure if we sell the chip on its own but to be sure, email sales@kanda.com and ask.

Kanda are in the UK so not too far from France, but there won't be anybody there until Monday.

While I sit here I have 2 RD2's and 2 668's that I have used in development for the above kit, so I know we have some :)
